Automatic Evisceration Equipment

The automatic evisceration section of this slaughterhouse utilizes robotic systems from the Danish company Baader Linco, renowned for its advanced technology. This process includes the following stages: cloaca cutting, vent opening, main evisceration, esophagus and neck pulling, suction, washing, and final inspection.

Baader Linco is one of the world’s largest and most reputable manufacturers of automated machinery for the slaughterhouse industry. The latest system, machine model 218, has been purchased for the automatic evisceration section of this slaughterhouse.

Advantages of Using Automated Equipment

  • Improved Product Quality: By eliminating human intervention, the risk of contamination is reduced, leading to an improvement in the quality of the final product.
  • Increased Efficiency: Automation accelerates production processes and reduces the need for manual labor.
  • High Precision: Automated equipment performs operations with exceptional accuracy.
  • Standardization: Automated systems ensure products are produced consistently according to uniform standards.
  • Reduced Production Costs: In the long term, production costs are lowered due to reduced waste and increased efficiency.

Detailed Analysis of Automatic Evisceration Stages

  • Suction and Trachea/Neck Removal Equipment: Using suction devices, the lungs, trachea, and other internal organs are completely removed. This significantly enhances the quality and shelf life of the chicken.
  • Cloaca Cutting Equipment: A precise cut eliminates the possibility of residual intestines, reducing the risk of contamination.
  • Evisceration Equipment: This operation is performed with precision and minimal damage to the chicken, ensuring complete removal of internal contents.
  • Vent Opening Equipment: The vent is cut according to the size of the chicken breast and European standards, minimizing errors and damage to the chicken breast.
  • Washing: Internal and external washing of the chicken is carried out with high pressure, minimizing the risk of contamination.

Conclusion

The use of automatic evisceration equipment in slaughterhouses has revolutionized the poultry industry. These systems play a vital role in enhancing product quality, improving hygiene, and boosting efficiency, contributing significantly to the advancement of the slaughterhouse sector.
