The Beginning
Arta Joojeh Sabalan Company, as an integrated chicken meat producer, has established a modern and fully automatic slaughterhouse to complete its production cycle with the participation of foreign international companies such as Alberk, Linco, Frigo, which uses the latest technology and equipment in Europe to equip the slaughterhouse.
Arta Protein product features:

- Fully automatic evisceration
- Slaughtering under Islamic and sanitary rules
- Removing residuals during slaughtering
- Using cold warehouse to keep products immediately after slaughtering
There are veterinarian supervisors and a continuous quarantine system at Nab Protein Mehr company (before, during and after slaughtering), fully automatic evisceration process using European equipment, disinfecting with Envirolyte system, two slaughtering lines, air sorting and chicken distribution systems with refrigerated trucks. This slaughterhouse has IR export permission in northwest of Iran and has an approval from the country’s slaughterhouses association.

No Residuals and automatic Evisceration
No hand use during evisceration process including lung, intestines, neck removal which are the main cause for chicken
Second hole
Removing lung lets chicken meat to be cooled by low temperature air that ultimately increase shelf life of meat.
Very low amount of chicken blood
There is a minimum level of chicken blood thanks to removed neck, lungs and open the second hole.
Stable temperature during slaughtering
Whole parts of chicken can be cleaned completely using high pressure Inside and Outside machine.
