Arta Joojeh Sabalan Company, as an integrated chicken meat producer, has established a modern and fully automatic slaughterhouse to complete its production cycle with the participation of foreign international companies such as Alberk, Linco, Frigo, which uses the latest technology and equipment in Europe to equip the slaughterhouse.

There are veterinarian supervisors and a continuous quarantine system at Nab Protein Mehr company (before, during, and after slaughtering) which is exclusive to this company, a fully automatic evisceration process using European equipment, disinfecting with Envirolyte system, two slaughtering lines, air sorting and chicken distribution systems with refrigerated trucks. This slaughterhouse has IR export permission in the northwest of Iran and has an approval from the country’s slaughterhouses association.

To this end, Arta Joojeh Sabalan has established Nab Protein Mehr Company as part of its supply, production, and distribution chain, with the mission to improve nutrition culture, food safety, and public health across the country.
Features of Arta Protein Products
The unique features of Arta Protein products include slaughtering and washing chicken with purified water, complete removal of internal organs, slaughtering in compliance with full Islamic and sanitary regulations, cleaning all waste during the slaughter process, and immediate storage of the products in cold storage after slaughtering. Maintaining the cold chain for the product is one of the key features of Nab Protein Mehr. The company employs permanent veterinary supervisors and a continuous quarantine system (before, during, and after slaughtering). Other features include fully automated evisceration using European robotic equipment, environmental disinfection through the Envirolyte system, dual slaughtering lines, air sorting systems, and refrigerated trucks licensed by veterinary authorities for distribution. This slaughterhouse is the only facility in the northwest of the country with an IR export code and is approved by the National Slaughterhouse Association.
